Negpolki — Dining and Evening Entertainment in the Heart of Adelaide
A refined restaurant and adults-only Casino Hall on King William Street, where a considered menu and a relaxed evening atmosphere sit comfortably side by side.

A King William Street address for good food and good company
Negpolki is a modern hospitality venue in central Adelaide, built around a genuine love of cooking, hosting and unhurried evenings. At its heart is a restaurant serving seasonal, modern Australian plates; alongside it, a separate adults-only Casino Hall offers a calm, sociable setting for guests who would like to round out their night. You are welcome to come for dinner and nothing more — the restaurant stands very much on its own.
The restaurant
Our kitchen works with the seasons, letting South Australian produce lead the menu. Expect shared plates designed for the middle of the table, carefully prepared mains, and desserts worth leaving room for. It is the kind of room where a quiet dinner for two and a long table of friends feel equally at home.
Cuisine and atmosphere
The dining room is warm, contemporary and unfussy — soft lighting, considered service and a menu that changes as the produce does. Whether you are here for an early weeknight meal or a leisurely weekend evening, the pace is yours to set.
A separate Casino Hall, for adults only
Adjacent to the restaurant, the Casino Hall is a distinct adults-only space for guests who would like table gaming and casino entertainment as part of their evening. It is a comfortable, sociable environment with attentive staff, generous seating and an emphasis on responsible, relaxed enjoyment.
Casino Hall access is restricted to guests aged 18 years and over.
The evening, your way
Some guests come purely to dine. Others enjoy dinner first and later step through to the Casino Hall for a while. There is no set order and no expectation — the two spaces are separate, and you are free to enjoy either or both.
Food and drinks
Beyond the menu, our bar offers a compact list of cocktails, local wine and beer, and a proper selection of non-alcoholic drinks — from house sodas to alcohol-free spritzes — so everyone at the table is looked after.
Entertainment enjoyed responsibly
We want every visit to be a good one. Gambling in the Casino Hall is entertainment, not a way to make money, and outcomes are always uncertain. We encourage guests to set their own time and spending limits, to take breaks, and to reach out for support if gambling ever stops feeling enjoyable.
